Freny Joy Baloyo is the Co-Founder of XENYC and an executive at Rush Communications. Freny began her career 16 years ago under the leadership of business magnate and hip-hop mogul, Russell Simmons. When asked how she manages running her own business, working a full-time job at a fast-paced industry, and finding time to be a wife and mom of 3, she simply says “My foundation is my family, my purpose in life is motherhood, and with that I find fulfillment in doing what I love and making it work”. Freny’s passion is to support moms in having a balanced lifestyle.
